It's Mark Weins, I'm in the beautiful Southern Thailand province of Phang-nga and from Khao Lak we drove, it was about a 30 minute drive to come to a place called Takua Pa which we specifically came here to eat soup Hahng Wuawhich is oxtail soup. And so we just arrived to the restaurant, we're gonna eat oxtail soup, I know they're also famousfor their goat curry and for their other varieties of cup gang rice and curries. So we're gonna see what they have today. We're gonna, yeah, especially eat, I cannot wait to sharewith you the oxtail soup and we just arrived to the restaurant. The place that we're goingto which serves fish katakat is actually right next door here, and you can here the clanking of the pan. (sizzling) But it's usually madewith a variety of meats, and especially organs and brain, but this one is made with fish. The aromas, and the steams,and the smoke just pouring off of that gridle, andthen he makes a fresh batch, serves it, like as soon as it's ready, he serves the entire thingand starts the process again. This city has some extreme food, and food in the masses. And so, today I'm meeting up with my friend Ali and Shahrooz, and they're gonna take me ona Karachi street food tour. We're gonna eat some unbelievable Pakistani food. This is going to be the ultimate street food tour of Karachi. (rhythmic music) We just arrived at the first air crowd. This place is called Javed Nihari. We're here to eat a very speciality. How are you this morning? - It's called nihari. It's like a meat stew.
